Erica Lowe Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and Counselling in Thame town centre

Erica Lowe
MBACP

Erica is an Integrative Psychosynthesis counsellor drawing on a wide range of tools. By drawing on techniques and teachings from many different psychotherapuetic styles, she will find the most appropriate approach, to help you find your way to wholeness.

Erica’s training integrates concepts from Jungian, Gestalt, relational, psychodynamic, neuroscience, body psychotherapy and family systems theory. It is also a soulful approach, taking into account that we as human beings are not just our mind nor just our body nor just our emotions, but a soul as well which has it’s own calling.

Whatever the reason you feel drawn to this work, let Erica know and you can talk through what you are looking for, how counselling could be of use to you in your particular situation and what you might encounter in the course of the work.

Send Erica an email or give her a call and she’ll be happy to discuss working with you on whatever it is that’s bringing you to find a new way of being in your world.
